Five (5) Days Nairobi\Mombasa\Tsavo
DAY 1: NAIROBI/MOMBASA
Upon arrival at the Jomo Kenyatta International airport NAIROBI, you will be received by our own staff and leave for Mombasa the city with interesting and diverse culture and beaches.
Arriving late in the evening you will be transferred to Sentrim castle Hotel for dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 2: MOMBASA/TSAVO
After an early breakfast, leave for Tsavo East Kenya’s largest park where the famous man eaters of Tsavo halted the construction of Mombasa, Uganda Railway by terrorizing railway workers. There are large herds of Elephants, Buffaloes, Common Water Bucks, Eland Gerenuks and Maasai Giraffes.
You have a BUSH lunch within the park. Have an afternoon game drive where you come across the spectacle Mudanda Rock. This is 1/2 KM long out crop in a water catchment area which supplies a natural dam at its base.
Dinner and overnight stay at Sentrim Tsavo.
DAY 3: TSAVO EAST/ TSAVO WEST
After breakfast, leave for Tsavo West National Park where you come across Lava Flows such as Shetani which is a perfect example of a recent Volcanic activity. This zone is famous for the MZIMA SPRINGS where about 50 million gallons of water crystal clear gushes out daily from below the lava ridge. Hippos and shoals of barbells live in the springs which is a spectacle to behold. The water is so clear that every action under the water can be watched through the glass windows of the submerged observation chamber.
Dinner and overnight at Kilaguni Lodge.
DAY 4: TSAVO WEST
After and early breakfast, full day game drive at Kenya’s largest parks which boasts a huge population of Elephants and other big game.
Dinner and overnight stay at the Lodge, which has a fabulous terrace from which you can witness spectacular African sunset and hear the sounds of Elephants and Buffaloes grazing outside your bedroom.
DAY 5: TSAVO/NAIROBI
After and early breakfast, have a final game drive and depart for Nairobi arriving Nairobi later in the evening to be transferred to the airport to catch your flight back home.
